Director of Care Standards - Julie Stirpe

Julie possesses the role of Director of Care Standards, with 25 years’ experience of working with Looked After Children, carers and families in the Family Justice System as a Consultant Psychotherapist. Julie is an Independent Expert to the Family Courts and has provided several hundred assessments and reports to assist the Court in decisions about children and families.

Director of Business Development - Debbie Clayton

Debbie has over 20 years of experience managing and developing Small to Medium Enterprises and lends these skills to her work at Life Change Care as the company’s head of business development.

Director of Finance and Facilities - Phil Stirpe

Philip Stirpe is the company’s director of Finance and Facilities, a role which requires his oversight over the administrative maintenance of the business and responsibility for the condition and upkeep of the properties themselves. Philip ensures that the company remains economically viable and manages Life Change Care’s expansion goals and the acquisition of new properties.

Operations Team

Content Developer - Daisy Stirpe

Daisy is the company’s content developer, utilising her writing and marketing skills to facilitate Life Change Care’s business development goals. She also generates copy for promotional materials and internal resources, including much of the content on this website.

Booth House

Registered Manager - Kelly James

Kelly has worked with children and young adults for many years, firstly within a primary school as a pre-school manager and ultimately with vulnerable girls in Booth House. Kelly worked at the Safe Project where she mentored young vulnerable adults who were seeking housing, jobs and guidance with drugs and alcohol abuse. After gaining a BA (Hons) degree, Kelly began working for Life Change Care Limited at Booth House as a Therapeutic Care Worker and progressively advanced to the position of Registered Manager.

Deputy Manager - Karen Miller

Karen has several years’ experience working in a semi-independence setting as a team leader, with girls and boys displaying challenging and complex behaviours. She supported young people to learn independent living skills and prepared their transition onto adult life. She is currently studying to expand her academic qualifications with a Mental Health degree at John Moores University.

Stonebrook House

Registered Manager - Lindsey Patterson

Lindsey is Dual Registered with Ofsted and CQC as a Residential Homes Manager and boasts over 22 years’ experience in Residential Care, including working with children and young people with complex needs, as well as those with mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders.

She has worked with families at level 4 of the Continuum of Need in the community under the Think Family umbrella. This status refers to Children and young people who are in need of protection and require intensive support. Lindsey also has significant experience with the provision of Parent & Child Supported Accommodation.

Deputy Manager - Chelsea Gallagher

Chelsea has worked in children’s residential settings since 2016. During this time she has gained her Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Chelsea is deeply passionate about achieving progression with her role at Life Change Care in the future, and hopes to attain the position of Registered Manager position one day.
