Operations Team
Megan Wyke - Regional Operations Manager
Megan has worked in children’s services for over 16 years from early years practitioner into managerial roles. Megan has worked in children’s residential settings since 2020. During this time, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge from starting in the care sector as a senior therapeutic care worker, deputy manager and home manager. Megan is passionate about her job role, her team, young people, and her own future striving for the best in everyone she meets.

Registered Manager - Nicola Busiello
Nicola has previous experience of working with children in a variety of different settings. Nicola has a level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care along with Childcare Learning and Development Level 2 and 3. Nicola also has a BA (Hons) in Teaching Learning and Mentoring and has worked with vulnerable and LAC in schools. Nicola also has experience as a PA in a private mental health centre, during this time Nicola was supporting vulnerable adults and children in crisis as the nominated crisis on call support worker
Gareth Hamer - Deputy Manager
Gareth has 4 years in residential care and experience of working across both LD and EBD homes.
Gareth holds a Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Qualification and is enrolled on a Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification.

Jacqueline Chisnall - Dual Registered Manager
Jackie has worked with children for the past 25 years.
Jackie has worked in children’s residential for seven years, she transitioned to Primary school support with one of the children in her care in the home to best support them which is where she stayed for fourteen years working as a teaching assistant.

Deputy Manager - Jackie Brooks
Jacqueline has worked within the childcare setting for many years and worked in children’s residential since 2017. Jacqueline is passionate in supporting children and young people and has many experiences and skills that may support children and young people to achieve better outcomes for a brighter future.

Deputy Manager - Ian Goddard
Ian came to Life Change Care with a background in Education and behaviour management. Ian is also a Military Police veteran with experience of Senior Non-commissioned Leadership and management, risk management, and crisis resolution. Ian has gained experience within the childcare and residential sector as a senior at Booth House our sister home.
Ian is accountable to the Registered Manager of the home and will deputise in the absence of the manager of the home. The Deputy Manager will work directly with their manager to liaise the day to day running of the home. The Deputy Manager will supervise the team leader and Senior Therapeutic Caregivers.
