Operations Team
Service Manager - Lindsey Patterson
Lindsey boasts over 22 years’ experience in Residential Care, including working with children and young people with complex needs, as well as those with mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders. She utilises this extensive background to provide managerial insight over the operation of all of our homes.
She has worked with families at level 4 of the Continuum of Need in the community under the Think Family umbrella. This status refers to Children and young people who are in need of protection and require intensive support. Lindsey also has significant experience with the provision of Parent & Child Supported Accommodation.
Operations Manager - Alicia Barrett
Having originally started as an apprentice at Life Change Care’s sister company JSA Psychotherapy in 2015, Alicia has worked her way up over the past several years to the position of Operations Manager for both companies. She manages the operations team and facilitates much of the shared involvement between the two companies.
Senior Administrator - Bethany Gregson
As one of Life Change Care’s Administrators, Bethany is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the office side of the business. Working most closely with the Operations Manager, she also facilitates the bulk of internal communication, handling correspondence from the local authorities and the homes’ management teams.

Registered Manager - Megan Wyke
Megan has worked in children’s services for over 16 years from early years practitioner into
managerial roles. Megan has worked in children’s residential settings since 2020. During
this time, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge from starting in the care
sector as a senior therapeutic care worker, deputy manager and more recently the home’s
manager. Megan is passionate about her job role, her team, young people, and her own
future striving for the best in everyone she meets.
Deputy Manager - Nicola Busiello
Nicola has previous experience of working with children in a variety of different settings. Nicola has a level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care along with Childcare Learning and Development Level 2 and 3. Nicola also has a BA (Hons) in Teaching Learning and Mentoring and has worked with vulnerable and LAC in schools. Nicola also has experience as a PA in a private mental health centre, during this time Nicola was supporting vulnerable adults and children in crisis as the nominated crisis on call support worker

Registered Manager - Jacqueline Chisnall
Jackie has worked with children for the past 25 years.
Jackie has worked in children’s residential for seven years, she transitioned to Primary school support with one of the children in her care in the home to best support them which is where she stayed for fourteen years working as a teaching assistant.

Deputy Manager - Jackie Flynn
Jacqueline has worked within the childcare setting for many years and worked in children’s residential since 2017. Jacqueline is passionate in supporting children and young people and has many experiences and skills that may support children and young people to achieve better outcomes for a brighter future.

Registered Manager - Joseph Black
Joe has worked with Life Change Care for several years and has 5 year’s experience in a management role. Joe has worked in a multitude of different settings including all of the different homes that LCC operate, working with challenging behaviour, working to transition young adults from secure units into a semi-independent setting, working with younger children and working with teenagers.
Joe has a BSc in Psychology and has completed a Level 5 Management and Leadership course. Joe has also completed TCI train the trainer course.
Deputy Manager - Rebecca Lorraine
Rebecca has worked with children and young people for nine years and has worked in children’s residential since 2023. Rebecca is passionate about supporting children and young people to reach their full potential and achieve better outcomes for their future. Rebecca continues to advocate for children and young people to ensure their voices are being heard and they are involved in decisions about their own lives.
