We recently launched a social media campaign called “What do they say about Life Change Care?”.
Our campaign will comprise a series of posts that will be shared on Facebook and LinkedIn, with the intention of promoting Life Change Care Limited and attracting more team members.
It is also hoped that the campaign will reinforce the pride that existing team members feel about working for the company.
Each post will include a quote from an employee, professional, or inspector, and will have one of three themes:
- What they say about our team
- What they say about our homes
- What our team say
We take great pride in the standard of our care and homes. I am also personally very proud of our therapeutic caregiver teams and management team. They provide an excellent service that delivers good outcomes for those in our care.
We will be using some of the following quotes from recent Regulation 44 reports in the coming weeks.
“The staff team clearly feels supported and respected by management and it is evident that the manager is very highly thought of by his team.” – Regulation 44 inspector
“The home was beautifully decorated and accessorised, throughout.” – Regulation 44 inspector
“The staff team working at Stonebrook house are consistently polite, helpful, and evidently well informed of their role.” – Regulation 44 inspector
“This is a service that is provided solely for their wellbeing, and serves no other purpose, as such it ensures that each young person within a Life Change Care home evidently receives care that takes into consideration and nurtures their wellbeing” – Regulation 44 inspector
“In addition to the varied therapeutic services available, staff and young people living and working within Life Change Care homes are provided with the opportunity each month to engage in a holistic treatment. I believe this to be a wonderful addition to a care service as it provides the young people with an opportunity to process their immediate concerns, relax and enjoy the provision of a service that does not require them to do, but to ‘be’” – Regulation 44 inspector
“The Responsible Individuals evidentially have regular contract with staff members and maintain communication to ensure staff feel supported at all times. ” – Regulation 44 inspector
“Care for caregiver supervisions are attended by staff members monthly to ensure their wellbeing is also considered, allowing them a safe space to talk and share any concerns, this allows them to be fully present while working” – Regulation 44 inspector
“The staff at Stonebrook House are consistently helpful and polite during my visits, and the home has maintained a homely and welcoming environment.” – Regulation 44 inspector
